We purchased our house in 2001 in Virginia. Upon moving here from Texas, the housing in VA is more expensive.

Our house is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath and a full 2-car garage. The size is 2800 square feet with a finishable attic. Finishing the attic is something that we are going to do and it was add an additional 700 square feet. One of the nice things about the houses in this development is they have side loading garages. This eliminates the front loading garage doors to take away from the looks of the house.
